"Armenia bears full responsibility for the escalation of tensions along the state border of two states," wrote the head of the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Leyla Abdullayeva on Twitter, APA reports.
"According to Ministry of Defence of Azerbaijan positions of the Azerbaijani Army were again subjected to fire on Kalbajar section of the Armenia-Azerbaijan state border. 2 Azerbaijani servicemen wounded. Armenia bears full responsibility for the escalation of tensions along the state border of two states!," she noted.
