Azerbaijan has created a necessary condition for international organizations to monitor the early parliamentary elections scheduled on February 9, the chairman of Central Election Commission Mezahir Panahov said at CEC’s meeting held today.
He stated that Azerbaijan has always cooperated with international organizations during the period of elections: “We have sent invitations to international organizations regarding these elections. Most of them have already given a positive response. We want that the representatives of international organizations to attend our events.”
