“Today, the border guards are fulfilling properly their duties in Zangilan and Gubadli. Conditions are created for them, the shortcomings are eliminated," said Assistant to Azerbaijani President, head of military issues department, colonel-general Maharram Aliyev regarding visits to military units located in the border with Armenia, APA reports.
M. Aliyev has also commented on violation works conducted by the Armenian side on the border: “Perhaps one of the greatest troubles of the Azerbaijani people is that they have an aggressive enemy like the Armenians. However, Azerbaijan is also strengthening. Today our state is strong. The main point is that our head of state is doing the highest quality work in these issues,” noted M. Aliyev.
