At that time, Heydar Aliyev has started his rescuer mission exactly in this building. During 4 months that he was the chairman of the parliament, he raised the prestige of the legislature". Speaker has noted that President Ilham Aliyev successfully continues the policy of the National Leader: "Thanks to the successful policy of our president, Azerbaijan will achieve greater successes in the world. Under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev, territorial integrity of our country has been restored". S.Gafarova has proposed to send letters to President Ilham Aliyev and Mehriban Aliyeva on behalf of Milli Majlis on the occasion of October 18.
