A high activity of Azerbaijani voters is observed in Azerbaijan’s presidential election, Evgeny Ryaguzov, member of the CIS observation mission, told reporters in Azerbaijan’s Astara district, APA’s local bureau reports.
No violations were registered during the voting in Azerbaijan, he noted. “Elections constituencies know and observe the law. The election runs in a transparent environment and in line with the law,” he added.
Azerbaijan is holding presidential election today, on April 11. Eight candidates are registered for participating in the election.
The election is observed by 894 international observers and 58,175 local observers.
The voting will end at 19:00 local time.
