In January-March of 2020, the value of gas that Georgia imports increased by 3,4% to stand at $ 135 459,1 thousand in annual comparison, it was noted in quarterly report of the National Statistical Office of Georgia, APA’s local bureau reports.
The share of gas import in the country's total import during the reporting period was 6.8%.
In January-March of the current year, Georgia imported gas amounted to $ 115 582,3 thousand from Azerbaijan which constitutes 85,32% of total gas import of the country.
