“The protection of the relations with the strategic partner countries is a priority area for the Georgian government”, said the chairman of the Georgian parliament Archil Talakvadze while commenting on the disseminated news regarding transportation of arms and ammunitions from Serbia to Armenia via Georgia, APA’s local bureau reports.
The chairman of the parliament noted that the news disseminated in this regard are groundless: “This is a completely groundless version of a special media outlet. We have good relations with our neighbors, strategic partners, and of course, the ensuring of the smooth continuation of these relations from now on will be a priority for us. This information doesn’t have any grounds, and I assure you that there couldn’t be any trouble in Georgia’s relations with Azerbaijan”.
