“Supporting Eastern Partnership is of great importance for EU,” said President of the European Council, Charles Michel at a joint press conference with Georgian president Salome Zourabishvili, APA reports.
“The EU is committed to five main principles to support the Eastern Partnership. We are aware of the strengthening of Russian military forces on the border with Ukraine, the situation in the annexed Crimea. The EU takes concrete steps for eliminating this process,” said Charles Michel.
He noted that the support of the EU to territorial integrity and sovereignty of Georgia is indestructible.
