The functioning of hotels and all kinds of restaurants in Georgia is resumed from today, APA’s local bureau reports.
According to decision of the Georgian government, the aforementioned facilities will resume their functioning from today on the basis of special rules.
According to the rules, in order to resume their functioning, the hotels should pass through inspection by the Health Ministry and should obtain special document confirming that they meet the prescribed hygiene norms. Meanwhile, in restaurants the distance between tables should be observed, sitting of over 6 customers at each table shouldn’t be allowed.
Note that according to previous decision of the government, only the open air type restaurants were allowed to resume their functioning from June 1. The domestic tourism in the neighbor country is planned to be resumed on June 15.
