A power blackout has occurred in the supplement of electricity in some regions of Georgia and a part of capital Tbilisi, APA’s Georgian bureau reports citing the information of Georgian State Electrosystem.
According to the information, the cause of the blackout is an accident that occurred in the 500-kilowatt “Imereti” transmission line and “Inguri” HPP.
It was noted that an activity has been resumed in the 4 sections of the “Inguri” station, which is currently closed, and it has been started to eliminate the consequences of the accident.
Note that delays occurred in the operation of metro stations in Tbilisi.
