During January-October of this year, the consumption prices index in Azerbaijan made up 102,8% compared to the same period of 2019, including 105,1% for food products, beverages and tobacco products, 101,3% for non-food products, and 101% for paid services rendered to population, says the statement of the State Statistics Committee, APA-Economics reports.
“In October of the current year, the consumption prices index made up 100,2% compared to the previous month, and 102,3% compared to October of the previous year. In October, the consumption prices index for food products, beverages and tobacco products made up 100,3% compared to the previous month, and 104,4% compared to Oxctober of the previous year”, the statement says.
In October of 2020, the consumption prices index for non-food products made up 100,1% compared to the previous month, and 101,4% compared to October of the previous year.
The consumption prices index for the paid services rendered to population during the last month made up 100% compared to the previous month, and 100,3% compared to October of the previous year.
