“The mortgage credits worth AZN 211 mln. have been left in the closed banks. The Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund will independently determine the bank where these credits will migrate”, said Elman Rustamov, chairman of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), “APA-Economics” reports.
He said over 99% of the deposits in the closed banks have been insured. And the amount of the non-protected deposits in the closed banks makes up AZN 3 mln..
Note that based on the CBA’s decision, the licenses of “Atabank”, “Amrahbank”, “AGBank” and “NBC Bank” were terminated during the last one month.
