Azerbaijan’s negative trade balance with Russia decreased by 11%

In Jan-Oct of this year, the volume of trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Russia made up USD 2,345 bln. which is 6,8% more in comparison to the same period of 2020, according to the calculations of APA-Economics based on the indicators published by the State Customs Committee.

During the reporting period, the volume of export was USD 696,928 mln. which is 23,2% more in annual comparison. The volume of import was USD 1,648 bln. which is 1,2% more in annual comparison.

As a result, in the first ten months of 2021, there was a negative balance amounted to USD 951,285 mln which is 10,6% less in annual comparison.
