In January-October of this year, the foreign trade turnover of Azerbaijan was USD 26 182 697,3 thousand, which is 24,7% up in annual comparison, APA-Economics" reports citing the State Customs Committee.
In the first 10 months of 2021, export made up USD 16 848 911,32 thousand, while import was USD 9 333 785,96 thousand. Azerbaijan's export increased by 37,7%, while import by 6,5% in annual comparison.
As a result, during the reporting period, positive balance amounted to USD 7 515 125,4 thousand formed, which is 2,2 times more in comparison to January-October of the previous year.
