In January-September of the current year, the volume of trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Georgia was USD 468 497,64 thousand which is USD 18 748,23 thousand or 4.2% more in comparison to the same period of the previous year, according to the calculation of APA-Economics based on State Customs Committee reports.
The value of export from Azerbaijan to Georgia during the 9 months of the current year increased by USD 29 709,79 thousand or by 7.7%, while import decreased by USD 10 961,56 thousand or by 17.1% in comparison with corresponding period of the previous year.
As a result, a positive balance of USD 362 320,74 thousand formed, which is USD 40 671,35 thousand or 7,9 times more in annual comparison during reporting period.
