Azerbaijan-based banks allocated AZN 14.8 million of government mortgage loans through Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund in February 2017, up 46.5% or AZN 4.7 million from previous month, 74 times or AZN 14.6 million from previous year.

However, the government mortgage lending in 2017 amounted to AZN 24.9 million.

No funds were allocated from the state budget for AMF in February.

AMF refinanced AZN 0.2 million in February 2017.

The AMF issued AZN 20 million-bonds at BSE in 2016.

Regarding AMF mortgage portfolio, as of March 1, the loans allocated by authorized credit institutions amounted to AZN 41,651.8, average period – 280 months, interest rate 6.67% and monthly payment AZN 299.4.
