President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has approved the regulations of Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund.
APA-Economics reports that the authorized capital makes up AZN 466 million.
The Fund has right to use its property, make a decision about it.
Fund’s property is formed by a property included in its authorized capital, allocations from state budget, receipts from its operation, bond issue, loans, grants, other legal sources.
Increase or decrease of the authorized capital is carried out in accordance with the Civil Code.
Fund’s cash money in national currency is stored in accounts in the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
