As of January 31, 2018, Azerbaijan-based banks’ assets stood at AZN 28,169,700,000, liabilities at AZN 24,367,900,000.
According to the Financial Markets Supervisory Authority (FIMSA), the banks’ net worth amounted to AZN 3,801,800,000, personal savings to AZN 7,482,500,000.
In January 2018 the assets increased by 0.9% or AZN 249 million, liabilities by 0.6% or AZN 156 million and net worth by 2.5% or AZN 93 million.
The banks operate 511 branches, 142 departments, and 2,439 ATMs. Number of employees is 16,207 people.
