According to item #2-2 annexed to the article, annual report on the execution of state budget and relevant draft law are submitted to the relevant executive power body by May 5 of the next year. According to the amendment offered to the item #3, the report on state budget execution includes information on public debts received during the year, including government securities issued and government guarantees, use of funds of the Reserve Fund of the state budget and the Reserve Fund of the president of the Republic of Azerbaijan during the year, as well as execution of purposed budget funds and local revenues on tax and other payment types.
Under the item #4-1 annexed to the article, the relevant executive power body submits the reports to the state bodies set by the relevant executive power body in the form affirmed by the relevant executive power body and ensure access opportunities to the information of state treasury of the state bodies set by the relevant executive power body.
Report on the execution of the state budget is prepared by agencies ensuring the execution of the state budget incomes on quarterly, monthly and cumulative statements of incomes classification in the forms specified by relevant executive power body.
According to the other item# 4-2 annexed to the article, the rules for state bodies to access to the information of state treasury are confirmed by the relevant executive power body.
The draft amendments will be discussed at the parliament’s plenary session on December 16.
