“In 2016 the consumption loans declined 20% or AZN 1.2 billion. This is a nominal decline. Real decline is more due to the fact that half of the portfolio was in foreign currency. After we imposed limitations, the consumption loans in foreign currency declined. Real decline on consumption loans made up AZN 2,350,000,000 in 2016”, Aslanli said.
