Azerbaijani president approves rules on use of social insurance reserve and payment of additional funds to special accounts on insured persons

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has issued a decree on approval of rules on use of social insurance reserve and payment of additional funds to special accounts on insured persons.

APA reports that the Cabinet of Ministers is to prepare proposals on conformation of president’s acts with this decree and submit to the president within three months, solve the other issues to be arisen from the decree.

Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population is to confirm several normative legal acts within a month and inform the president about their inclusion in the State Registry of Legal Acts.
