According to him, in four months 2017 the non-oil industry grew 2.8%, agriculture – 3.2%, trade turnover – 11.5%, export – 41%, non-oil export – 23%: “Currency reserves increased $1.3 billino to $39 billion. As of April 1, 2017 the currency reserves exceeded external debt by 3.2-fold. Azerbaijan has ranked 37th in the Global Competitiveness Report 2016-2017 among 138 countries, 1st among CIS countries”.
Mustafayev added that socio-economic policy under the chairmanship of Azerbaijani president basically aims to develop human capital.
