The Lions failed to score in the remaining minutes, suffering another 1-0 defeat in the group.

In the other Group A match, France's Paris Saint-Germain toppled Belgium’s Club Brugge 5-0 to maintain perfect start.
After defeating Club Brugge, PSG led the group with 9 points, followed by Real Madrid with 4 points.
