“The relations between the two countries are at a high level. There is great potential for further development of economic relations. There are various fields where there are wide opportunities for economic cooperation. Pakistan’s medicine companies can contribute to the Azerbaijani market. As you know, the world wages fight against pandemic and there are some pharmaceutical companies in our country that produce medicines used in the treatment of the virus. Another sphere is associated with tourism. Last year, 40 thousand Pakistanis traveled to Azerbaijan. There are wide potentials for cooperation in the area of tourism. Nature, historic sites of Pakistan and Azerbaijan are mutually attractive for citizens. There are potentials for cooperation in the area of education. There are leading universities in Pakistan and the Azerbaijani students may receive education in these universities in the framework of student exchange”, said the ambassador.
