"If we observed the unconstructiveness of the Armenian side in the negotiations until 2018, when a ceasefire agreement was reached in 1994, after 2018, a different agenda emerged in the negotiation process," said Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov at a press conference after a meeting with Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu in Baku, APA reports.

J. Bayramov noted that since 2018 new military-political leadership of Armenia has inflicted very heavy blows to the negotiations process: “Starting July 2020, we witness military aggression of Armenia against Azerbaijani citizens. Prior to this during many provocations committed by Armenia, we saw and feel full and comprehensive support of brotherly Turkey in all of the fields. I would like to express my gratitude to Turkey on behalf of the state of Azerbaijan.”
