Azerbaijani FM meets with Italy’s ambassador to Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov received Italy’s extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador to Azerbaijan Augusto Massarini, MFA told APA.

Minister Jeyhun Bayramov noting the existence of high-level cooperation relations between the countries, said the joint declarations about strategic partnership signed at the level of heads of the two countries are the bright example of this.

It was noted that the implementation of the mutual visits at the highest level between the two countries makes serious contributions to further strengthening of the relations, in this context, the high significance of the official visit of Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev to Italy in February of this year was stressed.
