Azerbaijani Foreign Minister embarks on Georgia visit

Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijani Elmar Mammadyarov is on an official visit to Georgia, APA’s Georgian bureau reports.

Mr Mammadyarov paid a visit to Georgia to attend the 8th trilateral meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Georgia and the Republic of Turkey which will be held in Tbilisi, today.

In the framework of the visit, it has also been planned to hold a meeting of E. Mammadyarov together with his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu with Georgia’s Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia. It was stated that the trilateral cooperation issues would be discussed at the meeting.

The meeting of the minister E. Mammadyarov with Chairman of Georgian Parliament Archil Talakvadze has also been envisaged.
