Azerbaijani President makes a phone call to his Turkish counterpart

On October 29, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev made a phone call to the President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan, APA reports.

The head of the state has conveyed congratulations to Recep Tayyip Erdogan, wished progress and happiness.

Again highly appreciating the Turkish President’s constant political support to our country regarding Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, President Ilham Aliyev expressed confidence that the friendly and brotherly peoples of Azerbaijan and Turkey will continue to stand by each other.

Expressing gratitude to Azerbaijani President, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan conveyed greetings and best wishes to Azerbaijani people, stressing that our friendly and brotherly peoples will always stand by each other.

During the phone conversation bilateral relations and regional issues have been discussed.
