Date of meeting of experts on delimitation and demarcation of Georgian-Azerbaijani border not determined

“Negotiations regarding delimitation and demarcation of Georgian-Azerbaijani border are underway,” deputy Azerbaijani foreign minister Khalaf Khalafov told APA.

He stated that meeting of the state commission on delimitation and demarcation of the Georgian-Azerbaijani border is expected to be held on the first of quarter of the current year: “At the moment, we should determine the date of the meeting of our colleagues and experts from Georgia. Meeting among experts is ongoing. We organize meetings from time to time. But experts should meet directly 1-2 days before the next meeting of the commission in order to hold a commission meeting later. We agree the date through diplomatic channels.”
