President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received a delegation led by Commissioner of Statistics Korea (KOSTAT) Kang Shin-Wook, APA reports.
Commissioner of Statistics Korea Kang Shin-Wook extended President of the Republic of Korea Moon Jae-in`s greetings to the head of state.
The sides hailed the successful development of relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Korea, saying that visits at different levels contribute to the development of bilateral ties.
The importance of the Korean companies’ engagement in the implementation of various projects in Azerbaijan in terms of expanding economic cooperation was emphasized at the meeting.
It was noted that the statistical reforms are underway as in other areas in Azerbaijan, and that the experience the Republic of Korea has gained in this regard aroused interest in the country.
President Ilham Aliyev thanked for Moon Jae-in`s greetings, and asked the commissioner to extend his greetings to the President of the Republic of Korea.
