EU is ready to act as a mediator in the delimitation and demarcation of the Azerbaijani-Armenian border, head of the EU Delegation to Armenia, Ambassador Andrea Victorin told journalists, APA reports citing TASS.
According to him, first of all, the parties should agree.
“If the parties want, the European Union can be a mediator in the negotiation process between Armenia and Azerbaijan. Process, of course, should be carried out within the framework of OSCE Minsk Group. At the same time, the European Union is ready to act as a mediator in the process of delimitation and demarcation of borders, if Armenia and Azerbaijan agree,” the diplomat emphasized.
