Ayaz Guliyev: OSCE PA should promote implementation of UN SC resolutions on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict

OSCE PA as a regional organization has to promote the complete and unconditional implementation of UN Security Council resolution which is mandatory and legally binding, said Ayaz Guliyev, member of the Azerbaijani parliament, Vice President of the OSCE PA, while speaking at the debate on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict on the second day of the 28th annual session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in Luxembourg, APA reports.

He stated that settlements of the conflict in the OSCE area including Nagorno-Karabakh region and seven surrounding districts of Azerbaijan are the precondition for establishing sustainable peace and the development in the region.

Mr. Guliyev emphasized Nagorno-Karabakh is accepted as an integral part of Azerbaijan in the UN resolutions and documents adopted by the OSCE according to the international law.
