"One of the main discussions today was the implementation of the tripartite agreement. The Azerbaijani side believes that this agreement creates sufficient conditions for the development of the region and serves the emergence of new realities, said Azerbaijan's Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov at a joint press conference with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, APA reports.

Minister Mr. Bayramov noted that Azerbaijan fully complies with the obligations of the trilateral statement signed on November 10: “An example of this is the creation of conditions by the Azerbaijani side to provide humanitarian assistance to Karabakh. According to the tripartite agreement, Azerbaijani soldiers also took part in the search for the bodies of Armenian servicemen killed in the war. The Azerbaijani side also helped to find the dead. Immediately after the signing of the agreement, Azerbaijan fulfilled its obligations and provided a safe route through the territory of Azerbaijan. We appreciate Russia's role in the implementation of the tripartite agreement. Our main discussions are related to communication. We also appreciate the establishment of the Monitoring Center on the basis of a tripartite agreement."

J. Bayramov added that the Azerbaijani side also appreciates the initiatives of the Russian side in demining the territories.
