“Mass graveyards are found in the liberated territories from the occupation, researches are conducted about to whom they belong,” said Deputy Foreign Minister Elnur Mammadov, APA reports.
According to him, Azerbaijan widely cooperates with international organizations: “Azerbaijan behaves with captives in accordance with international rules. Azerbaijan at the same time creates conditions for captives to contact with their families. Azerbaijan has released more than 100 Armenian captives and hostages.”
