Embassy of Slovakia in Azerbaijan starts to function

Ambassador Parvin Mirzazade, Head of the State Protocol Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has received newly appointed Charge d'Affaires of Slovakia to Azerbaijan Elchin Gasimov, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs told APA.

Elchin Gasimov has presented the note addressed by Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic to Parvin Mirzazade.

According to the note, the Embassy of Slovakia in Azerbaijan will start to operate from October 1, 2019.

Ambassador Parvin Mirzazade said that opening of the Slovak Embassy in Azerbaijan will promote further enhancement of cooperation and friendship between two countries.
