“It is obvious that there are some problems in the South Caucasus and among countries around it, Farid Shafiyev, Chairman of the Board of the Center for Analysis of International Relations told journalists, APA reports.
He reminded that there are problems between Georgia and Russia: “Problems between Azerbaijan and Armenia have not been solved yet. There is a peace agreement on the agenda. Unfortunately, Armenia has a non-constructive approach to this issue. 3+3 format is proposed by Turkish and Azerbaijani leaders. Most likely, the establishment of this issue in near future is a very difficult issue. At the level of thinking centers, we try to discuss different issues in various "triple" and "quadruple" platforms.”
