German ambassador to Azerbaijan Wolfgang Manig has congratulated the people of Azerbaijan on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha (Gurban Bayrami) in a video message posted on German Embassy's Facebook page, APA reports.
The congratulation message reads:
"On behalf of the German Embassy and on my own behalf, I would like to extend my best wishes for Gurban Bayrami to all Muslims celebrating here in Azerbaijan and elsewhere. Unlike the last year, in 2021 we can again celebrate with families and friends. I wish joy and health. Empathy and charity are the values celebrated during this holiday. They are as valuable as ever. I hope that despite the relaxed atmosphere, all of you observe the necessary precautions that the special corona regime can be lifted soon. With these friendly perspectives, and say again Gurban Bayraminiz Mubarek."
