Hungarian PM: “Hungary attaches special importance to economic cooperation with member states of Turkic Council”

“Trade turnover among Hungary and member states of the Turkic Council has amounted to USD 4 bln.,” said Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán while his speech at 7th Summit of the Turkic Council held in Baku, APA reports.

He stated Hungary attaches special importance to the economic cooperation with member states of the Turkic Council.

V. Orbán stressed Hungarian government had allocated scholarship programs for students, from Turkic-speaking countries too.

According to the Prime Minister, a credit line has been created for businessmen from Turkic world by relevant bank of Hungary.

Extending his gratitude to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev for the invitation to the 7th Summit of the Turkic Council, V. Orbán called the first President of Kazakhstan-Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev a friend of Kipchaks.

“Kipchaks live in Hungary, there is Kipchak blood in Hungarians”, noted the Hungarian PM.
