Jordan's FM : “NAM rejects the colonial culture”

“NAM rejects the colonial culture,” Foreign minister of Jordan Ayman Safadi said at the XVIII Summit of heads of members states and governments of the Non-Aligned Movement.

Touching upon Palestine issue A. Safadi stated that the occupation of Palestine lands by Israel is a blow to international peace and security.

“Israelis and the Arabic world want to live peacefully but Israeli government does not pay attention to this. The international community must make efforts to end the conflict,” he said.

“The key to peace is in our hands. The political solution options of the conflicts must be found,” the minister added.

Touching upon Syrian crisis foreign minister of Jordan stressed the importance of maintaining the sovereignty of Syrian people.
