Works on the adoption of Confidence-building measures in the Caspian region have been started, Deputy Azerbaijani Foreign Minister, Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the border and the Caspian Sea Khalaf Khalafov said at Caspian Energy forum, APA-Economics reports.
According to him, this will be one of the important steps on the status of the Caspian Sea, and in terms of stability.
“ Today all Caspian littoral countries demonstrate the will and effort in order to achieve mutual agreement on this issue”, Khalaf Jhalafov stated.
