Lavrov names terms of long-term settlement of situation on Armenian-Azerbaijani border

“We have exchanged views on the situation on the Armenia-Azerbaijan border. We consider that all issues should be settled through political and diplomatic methods without an exception," said Russian FM Sergey Lavrov in a press conference held on the results of the meeting with his Armenian counterpart Ararat Mirzoyan, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.

“Long-term settlement is possible only through conducting the process of delimitation and demarcation of borders. The initiative by the Russian President in this regard is known. We today talked about the possibility of how quickly this initiative can be implemented. We have confirmed our readiness to fully assist in this process,” said S. Lavrov.
