"I express my gratitude to the Azerbaijani government for inviting me to Shusha," said Libya's Chargé d'Affaires in Azerbaijan Ashraf Adem in his visit to Shusha, APA reports.
He said that Shusha is in the heart of all Arabic countries, Islamic countries.
"As President Ilham Aliyev said, Shusha victory has been engraved in history. President Aliyev has likened Shusha to the most precious stone in the crown of Azerbaijan. He is right. We want to return Shusha in near future and to see the results of reconstruction,” he stressed.
