"The opinions of Moscow and Ankara on some issues differ, but the dialogue with Russia, one of the most important regional players, must be kept open and continue to interact," said Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu in his interview with “Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung” newspaper,  APA reports.
