MoD: Armenian armed forces opened fire on the Azerbaijan Army Units in the Kelbajar direction

The ministry of defense of Armenia spread information about the shelling of the units of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan in the direction of the Kelbajar region on the Armenian-Azerbaijani state border, APA reports quoting the Ministry of Defence.

The fact of shelling by the Armenian armed forces of the positions of our armed forces was confirmed. As a result of the opening of fire, no one was killed or injured among the military personnel of the Azerbaijan Army.

This fact once again proves that the Armenian side deliberately continues the policy of aggravating the situation and committing military provocations on the state border of the two countries on the eve of the elections.

The Armenian side bears full responsibility for the incident.
