Parliamentary delegation led by chair of Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova begins official visit to Slovakia

The official visit to Slovakia of the parliamentary delegation led by Chair of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova began on 7 October, the Press and Public relations Department of the Milli Majlis told APA.

The delegation includes the Milli Majlis committee chairmen Sadig Gurbanov, Musa Guliyev and Zahid Orujov, the leader of the working group for inter-parliamentary connexions with Slovakia Anar Mammadov, MP Sadagat Valiyeva and Chief of the Milli Majlis Staff Safa Mirzayev, amongst other officials.

Azerbaijan’s ambassador to Slovakia Rovshan Sadigbeyli and Slovak officials were welcoming the delegation led by the Chair of the Milli Majlis at the Bratislava International Airport.

The Chair of the Milli Majlis is going to have conversations with Slovakia’s PM, Chairman of the National Council and Minister of Foreign Affairs.

This visit will end on 9 October.
