“After the ceasefire agreement, new cooperation relations have emerged among all parties. We are closely witnessing the sincerity of our Azerbaijani brothers in this issue. As Turkey, we also want to direct our geographical neighborhood relations to deeper cooperations,” said Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan at a joint press conference with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Shusha, APA reports.

He noted that Armenia should hold this goodwill and solidarity hand extended to it, and use well the opportunity to build a common future together.

“We put forward “3+3” cooperation platform. Russia, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, and Iran are expected to participate in the 3 + 3 platform. With this platform, we want the region to live in peace. My brother and I are ready to make any selflessness to take this step. Mr. Vladimir Putin is ready for such selflessness. Peace will be established in the region with the steps to be taken in this issue. It is our greatest wish that this historic opportunity is not missed with unrealistic desires, speeches, and deeds. Everyone who wants to give benefit to the new situation in the region should give up the policy of hatred and incitement and promote peace and cooperation. When such a climate is formed, we say at every opportunity that we will do our part to normalize relations with Armenia,” said Turkish leader Recep Tayyip Erodgan.
