Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has commented on whether a meeting with Armenia is planned, APA reports.

Jeyhun Bayramov has noted that there is a number of issues between Armenia and Azerbaijan belonging to the post-conflict period: "Here includes both opening of the transport communications, as well as, the process of delimitation and demarcation of the state border between Armenia and Azerbaijan. There are certain rules for the determination of borders between states and this process must happen. There are a lot of initiatives regarding this and other issues of humanitarian type, handing over the mine maps. The Azerbaijani side has never refrained from negotiations and has always responded to the negotiations. Our position is just, based on international law. We are ready to normalize relations on the basis of the sovereignty of the countries, territorial integrity, border inviolability principles. If any meeting is needed for this, we are open to these meetings".
