Today, a phone conversation has been held between the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and foreign minister of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov, press service of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan told APA.
During the phone conversations, ministers have exchanged their views around several issues of the bilateral relations agenda.
The parties also discussed the implementation of trilateral statements, including the activities of the working group on the opening of transport and communications.
Ministers exchanging their views around the current situation existing in the region have also noted the importance of the development of a cooperation platform in the 3+3 format.
Parties have also discussed other issues of mutual interest.
