"Armenia's continuing to violate its obligations under trilateral statement causes serious concern," said Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov while his speech at the 28th meeting of the Council of OSCE Foreign Ministers in Stockholm, APA reports.

J. Bayramov noted that the end of conflict creates unique opportunities for establishment of good neighborhood relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan:

"End of conflict presents an opportunity of establishment good neighborhood and inter-state relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan on the bases of respect and mutual recognition of territorial integrity and sovereignty, principles of inviolability of internationally-recognized borders. Azerbaijan has stressed readiness for it many times and several unilateral steps have been taken practically immediately after the end of the conflict. However, Armenia has not responded yet. Armenia's continuing to violate its obligations under the trilateral statement causes serious concern. Armenia has not implemented November 10 statement yet and fully withdrawn its armed forces from Azerbaijani territories."
