"Terrorist act committed near Shusha during our visit has been directed at Azerbaijani and Russian military servicemen", said Igor Korotchenko, editor-in-chief of the National Defense magazine of Russia at today's press conference, APA reports
He noted that the main goal in this terrorist act was to cause confrontation among Azerbaijani and Russian military servicemen: "Thank God that terrorist has been detained in a short while. For a legal assessment of the terrorist's acts, It should be handed over to either Russian or Azerbaijani law-enforcement bodies. Or this terrorist act should be jointly investigated by Azerbaijan and Russia. A person committed the terrorist act is an Armenian citizen and this is an international terrorist act".
